Wet Painting

These boxes were pre-treated and painted to customer specifications. Various colours were applied on top of the yellow as per customer drawings which displays precise and quality masking work that was carried out.  

This part was painted for a customer of ours to norsok m501 paint system destined for an offshore environment. Prior to work commencing, parts that did not need coating were protected accordingly from the pre-treatment and painting processes  

These parts were part of a large contract that required a fast turnaround. Parts were iron phosphate pre-treated prior to a wet paint system being applied to customer specifications.

  Stovrite carried out the refurbishment work on these tanks to customer specification which included the removal of the old paint and the reapplication of paint ensuring crucial areas such as mating faces and machined faces etc are protected throughout the process.
